If you need to lose weight quickly, try this diet plan and you will have a magnificent result. This Diet to Lose Up to 15 kg in 15 Days is not recommended for a longer period than 15 days.
It has 5 days routine, and you should repeat it 3 times and get rid of 15 kilograms.
Breakfast (Same Every Day):
1 slice of toasted bread
1 cup of coffee or tea without sugar
1 apple, pear, peach, melon or watermelon
Day 1:
LUNCH:1 boiled egg with 500 ml milk or yogurt and 1 apple
DINER: 2 slices of toasted bread with 100 gr low-fat cheese, 2 tomatoes, and 1 cucumber
Day 2:
LUNCH: 1 boiled egg with 500 ml milk or yogurt and 1 apple or peach
DINER: 1 slice of toasted bread with 1 tomato, 125 cooked beef meat, 1 cup of tea without sugar and 1 apple
Day 3:
LUNCH: 1 boiled egg with 500 ml milk or yogurt, 2 cucumbers, 1 apple and juice without sugar
DINER: 1 slice of toasted bread with 125 cooked beef meat or chicken, 1 cup of tea without sugar and 1 apple
Day 4:
LUNCH:1 slice of toasted bread with 125 low-fat cheese and 1 tomato
DINER: 1 slice of toasted bread with 2 tomatoes, 125 cooked beef meat or chicken and 1 apple
Day 5:
LUNCH: 1 slice of toasted bread with 200 gr fish and 1 tomato
DINER: 500 gr cooked vegetables ( carrots, potatoes or peas) with 100 gr cheese and 1 tomato
In this Diet to Lose Up to 15 kg in 15 Days, you will take bread, meat, vegetables, fruits, milk, etc so it’s not hard and unhealthy like other fast diets.
Day 1:
Start weight: 64,2 kg
Goal: 50kg-55kg
Weight at the end of the day: 63,7 (-500g)
I didn’t do any workouts and stayed inside while studying all day long.
I’m on my period so I’m suffering from cramps but other than that I’m feeling okey!
I ate lunch at 12PM and dinner at 7PM.
Day 15
My weight: 79 kg
– total loss: 3 kg
His weight: 92.3 kg
– total loss: 5.7 kg
The diet was easy to follow, the hardest part was to eat 500ml yougurt. We didn’t do any workouts and followed the diet strictly. Men often lose weight easier than most women hence my husband almost lost dubble kg then me. We both started our weightloss journey before this diet so waterweight is not included in this kgs which makes us pretty satisfaied with our results.

Hi i cannot take the boiled egg daily bcas i hate it + i go to temple frequently so shall i quit taking eggs , will it affect the process…..
